- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and efficient: 1. You contact us with details (document type, location, number of signers/notarizations, and preferred time). 2. We provide a clear quote and confirm availability. 3. The appointment is scheduled at your preferred location. 4. We meet, verify ID, and complete the notarization. 5. Payment is collected, and documents are returned or prepared for shipment if needed. We focus on punctuality, accuracy, and a smooth, stress-free experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned California Notary Public and a certified Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association (NNA) and Loan Signing System (LSS). I have passed background screening and completed ongoing training focused on loan document execution, compliance, and error-free signings. I also have a legal education background, which strengthens my attention to detail, document handling, and understanding of formal procedures. I stay current with California notary laws and best practices to ensure every signing is accurate, compliant, and completed without errors.
