- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept Medicare insurance. If you have classic Medicare (red, white, and blue card) and supplemental insurance, it will likely be covered 100%. Otherwise, my rates are as follows: OFFICE VISITS: -Individual sessions: 140/session (cash), 145/session (credit/debit) -Package of 5 sessions: 130/session (cash), 135/session (credit/debit) -Package of 10 sessions: 125/session (cash), 130/session (credit/debit) HOME VISITS: -Individual sessions: 160/session (cash), 165/session (credit/debit) -Package of 5 sessions: 150/session (cash), 155/session (credit/debit) -Package of 10 sessions: 145/session (cash), 150/session (credit/debit)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are 3 simple steps that we will take when working together: 1. Awareness (Discovering the starting point) We will clarify your goals, values, and priorities, uncover the contributing factors to your problem, and make sure that you are safe to perform the activities that you desire. 2. Understanding (Planning the route) Putting all the information together, we will come to a mutual understanding of what's going on. We'll then co-create a plan to bring helpful actions into your daily life in a way that works for you. 3. Action (Walking the path) We will systematically address the causes and contributing factors of your problem, using an array of tools and techniques, to help you walk the path toward your goals. I use a variety of tools, techniques, & approaches, including: -Joint mobilization, manipulation -Mobilization with movement -Soft tissue mobilization/myofascial release -Nerve mobilization -Movement assessment, modification -Making sense of pain -Tailored exercise programming -Habit formation tools -Motivational interviewing -Narrative-based practice -Mindfulness-informed care -Pain science-informed care -Psychologically-informed care
