I offer brief, effective therapy for couples and individuals with a focus on all relationship issues, relationship patterns, mood disorders, stress, self-esteem, and weight problems. I tend to utilize a combination of cognitive therapy (which lends itself to goal-oriented immediate results) and skills building.
