Responsive, courteous, diligent folks who do high quality work. Ty responded quickly when I reached out after our old water heater started to fail. He quickly came up with a plan and worked diligently through a challenging permitting process to get everything lined up for the installation of our new water heater. I hired Ty to replace my almost 20 year old water tank heater. I inquired about the tankless version and Ty responded so quickly and explained all the pros and cons as well as estimated cost. I decided to go with it and the next day Ty and his father-in-law showed up ready to go. They hauled away my old tank and started working quick. Ty really knows his stuff—he’s very skilled and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up pretty good after the work is done. They were able to finish the install in about 4 hours and waited for a couple more minutes so I can test the system and make sure everything’s working fine. Five Star service! I’ll hire him again for any of my future needs.

Ty responded and came the same day to install some water heater related components that were missing. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He provided advice on some issues he discovered and fixed additional items that were incorrectly installed by a previous contractor. These items were not scheduled, but he took care of them and for only a minimal additional charge. I'll definitely call Ty again for any future water heater or plumbing needs. Thank you so much!
