- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly read articles and watch videos about new techniques and tools that other landscapers have learned. It keeps me up to date and efficient at my job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say that 50% of my work is weekly lawn service; some include weekly hedge trimming, or weeding, or fertilizing, or gutter cleaning, or even dog poop pickup.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently had a customer who desperately needed a full backyard remodel. She has weeds everywhere, a foot tall, unavoidable dog poop, overgrown trees, and dead grass. She couldn't afford the full scheme of work, so we made a deal: she would pay for weekly service, and each week, I go back there and do just a little more of the work. And a little more. And I will keep doing this until she has the backyard that she truly desires.
