- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lawrence Event Consulting prides itself on working with budgets of all sizes. Whether it's an ordinary date night you want to be extraordinary for that special someone, or a corporate event you want your colleagues to talk about when they come into work the next day, we believe everyone deserves to have unforgettable experiences. Tell us your budget and we'll do the rest. We typically charge 10% for a consultant fee, which is deducted from your overall budget. This way, you can remain stress-free and can focus on ensuring the event is one of the best you've put on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with clients (new or returning), Lawrence Event Consulting typically sets up a coffee date or phone conference to understand the overall vision. We understand that clients have a general idea of what they want and challenge them to explore new concepts we can bring to the table. Following the initial consultation, we will provide clients with a vision board which incorporates all ideas and sets a foundation for the upcoming experience. When a plan has been agreed upon, we set up a master task list so the client is always in the loop about what has been done and what is left to do. We are available around the clock for any new ideas or different decisions have been made. We like to be in constant communication with all clients and will always respond within 4 hours.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Lawrence Event Consulting does the work so that clients don't have to think through much. All we need from the client is to understand how they want their guests to feel as they leave their experience. We make the rest come to life!
