- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is an assessment to find out what you really want done, and to see if I'm the right person to do it. If we're a match, we then proceed to jointly design either the training and/or coaching program that bridges the gap between where you and your company are today and where you want to be after you're done working with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend numerous classes at Bay East Association of Realtors, and I spend several thousand dollars per year attending live training classes from people like T. Harv Eker, Ted McGrath, Brandy Mychals, Vinca Heart, and others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Sole proprietors, business owners, government officials, executives, realtors, mortgage consultants, attorneys, CPAs, blue collar workers, sales people, escrow officers, and more, in companies ranging from 1 person to several thousand, and across all industries.
