- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer starts with an introduction followed by a walk-through. During the walk-through, we work together to agree on a fair price for the project. Once the price is settled,I like to get started quickly, whether it’s designing a new yard or performing a simple cleanup. After completion, I like to send the customer before and after photos to showcase the work that was done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into landscaping because I started working for landscaping company’s and simply helping out with projects for my friends and family. I also got into it because I enjoy being outside and working with nature, As for my team they have a knack for design and they enjoy the satisfaction of creating something from scratch with 3D renderings and turning it into real life!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In just two days, my team and I transformed a customer’s backyard. We began by discussing their design preferences, then provided a 3D rendering to show what the finished yard would look like. After completing the work, the customer was extremely satisfied with the results.
