- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently Offering a $59.99 tune-up special for 1st time customers. Our diagnostic fee for repairs is $199.99, but we offer discounts if you're set up on our maintenance packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to them to find out about their concerns and questions. After that, survey the property to see what problems, or possible upgrades can be done to address their concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up around it, and this is my second HVAC company. My previous company was in FL, but unfortunately me and my business partner had to go our separate ways.
