We had an amazing experience working with this photography team for my daughter’s prom photos! Brianna was exceptional throughout the booking process — communication was clear, timely, and professional from start to finish. She kept us informed every step of the way; before during and after the shoot.
Jon did a fantastic job with the photography itself. He made my daughter feel comfortable and confident, and the photos turned out even better than we expected. There was so much variety in the poses and shots, and every picture looked beautiful and natural.
From beginning to end, the entire experience was smooth, enjoyable, and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality photos and outstanding customer service!

They quickly answered a request for a last minute family photo over a holiday weekend. We paid them a deposit. It took weeks for them to tell me the pictures were ready. I paid in full and NEVER got the pictures. Now they cannot be reached. They are not responding by phone, text, or messages thru Thumbtack. Buyers BEWARE. This is not a reputable photographer.

Thank you for your feed back, I’m sorry you did not have a good experience. Unfortunately, what had been said in this review is not accurate, and I have proof to back it up. I do have screenshots that the pictures were sent to you, I also have screenshots shots of the last time I got a response from you as well. I’m not sure how to upload the screenshots for proof, but once I figure it out I will upload here. Again, I apologize you did not have a good experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always have deals going on, especially for Weddings!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk them through everything. Our customers do nothing on their own. Once we get all the details and they book an appointment with us, we ask them to put down a deposit so save the date and time. After the photo session we will edit the photos and before we send them, we will have you pay the rest of the fee then we send them to you. You get all photos edited and unedited.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use to help out, follow along, and learn from a close family friend of mine, who is a professional photographer. Then I just spent time practicing and decided to open my own business with my husband.
