My daughter contracted with the Fairfield Office in February and was very pleased with their customer care, explaining how the work would be done and alleviating many of her concerns. The job was wrapped up efficiently and for a reasonable price. Last week, her kitchen floor started bulging. She thought the recent pool removal and compacting had caused another area of the house to settle. I called and Brian came out the next day, took measurements and found them to be unchanged. He then went under the house and found water pooled and dripping from the refrigerator, causing the laminate flooring to bulge. I was impressed with his work and assessment of the problem. When I asked what the price was for his services, he replied nothing. Just pleased to help you get this fixed. So, Brian typifies the Bay Area Underpinning approach to great customer service. I think anyone choosing their services will be treated as we have been. All stars possible."See more
