Eric. He was on time..actually a few minutes early. He did an awesome job. My brother was there and told me he over and above on making the repairs we needed. When I got there he showed me what was done. I will differently hire Eric again for future repairs. I even told my neighbors about him.

Eric came in earlier than promised, he did replace my water heater by himself..and hauled the leaky one out. A saw a lot of water drops on the path and wanted to dry it but he insisted that its his job to do it. He even sweep the floor and made sure any existing dirt in the area is being taken care of. I think he went above and beyond my expectations of what the job would be like. Very neat and the way he reroute the new connection tubes is very organized, way out of our eye sight.. I feel like the small space has widen. Anyway, very satisfied with the job.. I hope he’s sticking to this line of work, coz he’s good at it

Erik was prompt to respond to my inquiry about my water heater leaking water. He was prompt and gave a free estimate at my residence. My water heater was on its last legs and he provided a competitive quote that included a warranty on both the parts and labor. I booked Erik because he gave the best deal for the value and was courteous and pleasant to communicate with. He was able to remove my old unit and install a new water heater the next day in less than 3 hours with new parts included as well. What I liked most was that Erik reviewed all the information I needed to know about my water heater and he educated me about all its functions. Payment was collected after the work was completed through credit card. Very happy with how timely and communicative Erik is and I will definitely reach out to him for my water heater and future plumbing needs. Thank you!

I have over 10 years of experience. Took various courses plumbing courses in high school and college. Ca License 1039114
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I was in high school, helping my uncle during summer time. I started a construction company on my own and decided to specialized in plumbing so I got my plumbing license.
