- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please see our website for the details. We do have additional fees, but they are minor and over the year don't add up to much. Example, we charge $0.15 for each w-2 form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Employees receive training weekly or if busy, then bi-weekly. We are members of American payroll association and IPPA. Both memberships support training. Also, we are a member of Wes Pay for direct deposit which also supports training for our ACH department handling employees direct deposits.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My company originally started as an accounting and tax business. Clients asked for payroll service and I obliged them and sold off the accounting business years later.
