I worked with both Paul (Project Lead) and Ismael (Foreman), both were great to deal with. My home was in need of extensive concrete work porch, stairs and driveway. I competitively bid the project among 3 suppliers. While not low bidder, Smart Eye's pricing was competitive and during the on-site survey Ismael provided insights and project options. Prior to award, I decided to redo the patio as well. This was mentioned as a potential option to all bidders. Smart Eye was responsive, providing an updated quote within hours, whereas the others required days and another site visit. I awarded the project to Smart Eye. Their team was professional and respectful to me and my neighbors, and they did excellent work! When I need a contractor going forward Smart Eye is my 1st choice.
