Awesome experience and wild highly recommend! Competitive prices, extremely responsive and informative during process including bid, no high pressure sales tactics (though great followup), and got the work done in a day. Even left the surrounding yard cleaner than when they saw it!!! We did about 450 sf of artificial turf plus almost 200 sf for a putting green. They triple checked to make sure we were happy during and after the installation. Highly recommend.

I am glad I chose Elite for my Artificial turf project. The whole transaction was very smooth. I could see that both Sean and Eldridge cared for my business and were in constant communication. Benji the foreman and his team did an amazing job with the installation. Very professional!! Completed the whole 950 sq ft job within a day. Benji was super helpful and provided good tips/suggestions on sprinkler systems, drainage and landscaping. I would strongly recommend Elite Artificial Grass if you are looking to get your landscape converted.

Using the reviews I found on-line for Elite was the motivation I needed to select them for my turf installation. All the reviews were 5 star. Are they that good? Yes, they are! I had chosen a brand of turf I though I wanted but Eldrige from Elite gave me some insight into the product not being as good as it once was. Much appreciated info. He suggested the rye line as it is the most grass-like. I am happy to say I agree. We have a large front yard, 1100 sq. ft. That's a lot of turf! We decided on the "weight" we wanted and the Elite crew headed up by Ben got to our house about 7:30 AM and let around 3:30 PM leaving us with a brand new, beautiful, green front yard. So, if you're considering artificial grass, please do yourself a favor, save time and money by contacting Elite first. You'll love the experience!

From start to finish this was a great company to work with. I sought quotes from several companies with almost none contacting me in return. Elite Artificial Grass (EAG) responded immediately. Their employee, Eldridge, came to my home to get all necessary information to draw up a quote. He was on time, very professional and polite. I had a lot of ideas floating around in my head for what I wanted. He said he would send me my quote that day, and he did. We went back a forth with different ideas to get the budget where I needed it, and still got what I wanted look wise. Eldridge really puts in the hours to ensure the clients are happy. We communicated both by email, text message, and phone. We finally set an install date. Eldridge contacted me a few days prior as they had a weekend project cancellation to see if we wanted to install sooner. We were so happy it worked for both parties. EAGs Employee Benjamin was in charge of the crew working the install. All of the individuals working on our property were wonderful. They were on time, very polite and very hard working. They finished eat afternoon, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We are so looking forward to spending time in our yard this summer. I would absolutely recommend working with this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elite Artificial Grass offers very competitive pricing. We keep our overhead and operating costs to a minimum, so our customers don't have to pay top dollar for an installation. We also offer stackable promotions to help drive down the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to you for a free design consultation where we will measure, sketch, take photos and listen to your ideas. We will make suggestions, show you turfs that fit your lifestyle and budget, and answer any questions that you may have about our company, crew and products. Our consultations take anywhere between 30 to 90 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the job, and the amount of questions you have. We take our time with you and give you the attention you deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elite's head foreman and crew have been installing turf since 2005. He was one of the first turf installers in Southern California. The owner of Elite, Sean, started in the turf business back in 2013 as the marketing director and operations manager in which he doubled their company size and tripled their revenue for a company called AGI. Sean still acts as a marketing consultant for AGI, but has put all of his attention, heart, and focus on Elite Artificial Grass & Outdoor Living.
