Burhan has done a great job for me I had five years of past due Fed and State personal tax returns to file within a short time. I chose to meet with Burhan in view of all his other five star reviews on Thumbtack. I found him to be a very nice guy, quite knowledgable, ethical, helpful and easy to work with. He was able to complete my returns in little over a week and did an excellent job on them, requiring several schedules. I own a Pre School in the City of Azusa, California with an enrolment of 120 students. Ragi Riad was introduced to do our accounting for the year 2016 by my daughter, who is the Director of the school. The Accountant I had before, suddenly fell with a serious illness, and could not perform his accounting work, and was hospitalized. We contacted Ragi and made an immediate appointment to do our accounting work. This work was entrusted to him, and it was amazing to find him how he adviced about the work to be done. This was a tremendous task, as whole years 2016 accounting was not properly done. With his knowledge, on the subject to-gether with his work quality, professionalism, accuracy and punctuality we were able to produce a well done accounting report to be filed with the IRS. We were 2 years behind and getting audited in 3 months. Sharon came in rebuilt the data base and started working on our books. Our first quote was from CPA 4 months and 40k Sharon (one person) did it in 8 weeks and 12k working 60 hours a week (even through Thanksgiving day). She did something that a CPA said it could not be done with one person. Sharon set up all 3 companies accounting in QuickBooks, payables, deposits, payroll, banking, receivables, and all reconciliations. She had a clean P%L and Balance sheet by the time she was finished. I found out from my bank that the IRS had levied more than $4500 from my bank account for taxes that I was due. I work at a medium sized company with no other source of income and believed that my taxes were being deducted by the employer from the salary. Turned out that they weren’t and I owed the government an additional $10,000 in taxes for the last three years. The IRS also had an order of wage garnishment on my salary which would have created real financial problems for me and my family. The Legacy Tax Resolution was recommended to me by a co-worker who had been through a similar situation before. They collected the complete record of my salary slips and negotiated an installment plan with the IRS. The payments would be made over a period of one year, which was inconvenient but manageable.
