- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that each client and project is different. I work with clients on individual basis to make sure budget for the project is reasonable and accommodates all of clients needs. I offer discounts for returning clients and clients who need monthly services among others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible I like to meet new clients in person. This provides me an opportunity to introduce myself and learn more about client's vision and needs. If meeting in person is not possible, I start with an introductory phone call. After initial meeting/phone call, I work with client to finalize a proposal that includes time frames and milestones. I let client know what I need and how client can help me make this project a success. I provide client with regular updates on my progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6+ years of professional experience as a Web Developer. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly Pomona.
