We had a gas pipe leak and didn't have hot water or heat in the house for several days during which another company was toying around and trying to over charge us. Then we found Air Pro on Thumbtack. We set up a meeting with Paloma for the same day. She was very professional, courteous and knew what she was talking about. She was in constant communication with the installers as she reviewed the work that needed to be done. She gave us three quotes for three alternatives for the work, which was great. She worked with us on the pricing which was very helpful. We agreed on a scope of work and price and the work started pretty much the next day. We ended up getting a new furnace, new AC, a whole new gas line from the meter and a Nest thermostat. It was a lot of work in an older house, but these guys were amazing. Punctual, nice, smiling and cheerful the whole time as if the really enjoyed what they were doing and helping people. Very refreshing. Beyond how professional they were, they did an excellent job. The new appliances are terrific, they showed us how everything worked, cleaned up nicely each day and after the work was all done. Paloma was in constant contact with us letting us know what was happening each step of the way. Everything went according to plan with zero frustrations. The owner, Vincent, could not have been nicer or more professional. I cannot recall working with a better service provider. I can easily and honestly HIGHLY recommend Air Pro to everyone I know.

Air pro was absolutely amazing! We love our new AC plus heater that was added as a March promotion! There customer service was great. Every one of the workers greeted us warmly and I can not complain. They were such good people. They came right away when we had difficulty's loading the material into the house because a company just dropped off the equipment in the front of our yard. They came the same day and moved it to our backyard. Great handy man and I will for sure refer them to people that I know. Take my word for it. This is a great company to work with. Clean job and excellent customer service. Paloma was professional and helpful to the T.

Our A/C Heater system was very old and broken down. Paloma, our sales rep, was able to get us a bid at a very fair price. We made our decision to go with AirPro right then. The team arrived at our home at 8:30am and began installing our new 5-ton, heat pump-air conditioner unit with a handler and all new ducting! By the end of day, we were up and running. The entire team from start to finish, were polite and professional and we are extremely happy with our new system.

Super reliable company! Paloma came to our house and was very honest and professional about the work to be done. I had to remodel the closet for the furnace and they were super understanding and worked around my schedule to fit me in right away! It took 2 days from initial consultation to work completed!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When a contractor comes to your home make sure that they’re very thorough on their inspection of your home. Make sure they check your AC, furnace, ductwork and insulation in your attic. Make sure they provide a load calculation on the home by measuring your home. This all factors into finding the right unit for your specific home. There should be no shortcuts taken! Also, there’s always more than one option for your project. If they aren’t providing you more than one option you might want to consider another contractor because they may not be looking into your best interest
