Llamas Flores did an excellent job staining my parquet floors. I had several estimates and Francisco’s was extremely reasonable. My mom had the floors put in over20 years ago and they were turning an orange color. I chose an espresso stain and it came out beautiful. Francisco and his partner did a perfect job on the stain with attention to detail, especially near my appliances and transition pieces. There was an issue with some wood they replaced, but they promptly came back and fixed it. Francisco has a very positive attitude and takes ownership and pride in his work.

Llamas Flooring absolutely knocked it out of the park! They brought back to life the original floors from this 1963 home. He and his team even made a new threshold between the kitchen tile and hardwood floors that better compliment the space and creates a seamless flow.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price starts at $2 SqFt but it varies from job to job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally a sanding and refinish project takes 3 days. But it could be more days if the job is bigger than 1000 SqFt. or has stairs to be done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We understand that some clients are in a rush to have their project done as quickly as possible and having the room(s) free of furniture will help a lot to start the job as soon as we get to the job site.
