- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide an itemized time sheet for all projects, broken down by 15-minute increments. You will know exactly how long any particular project task takes to complete. These tasks are then billed at either $20/hour for production art and admin, or $35/hour for writing, design, photography and illustration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Mostly continuing ed or Lynda.com classes in HTML code and CSS.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Design of logos, print advertising, product flyers and websites.
