I woke up this morning to find my water heater leaking all over the place , my garage was a mess ,I Googled around looking for a place that fixes water heaters and found Rapid Water Heater and decided to give them a call ,Miguel came out within an hour. He had determined that my water heater was at least 10 yrs. old and that the water leaking from the bottom shown that it needed to be replaced. He gave a flat rate quote.I did some research and discovered that everything he said made sense ,and comparing prices I was like Okay lets do this .Thank you Miquel for the excellent service.

Our 50 gal. tank started leaking. Called around for quotes, as it's been 10 years since the previous replacement. Miguel was great on the phone and very reasonable on price. Had them do both our water heaters and George was a fantastic technician. He explained the process, worked efficiently and made a few recommendations for the better. Two thumbs up! -Scripps Ranch

My water heater finally gave out and flooded the garage on a friday night. I needed a quick replacement, went on yelp and found Rapid Water Heater. They responded within minutes and i had an appointment the very next morning. They came bright and early and replaced my water heater. I didn't realize how badly my water heater needed replacement. Thank you Rapid Water Heater for fast affordable timely service!!!

We were out of town on vacation when our neighbor alerted us to water streaming down our driveway. He shut of the water supply to the house and we went home the next day to discover the water heater had broken. Also, the shutoff valve was defective so we were left with no water supply. I saw amazing reviews for Rapid Water Heater and decided to use them to replace the tank. Miguel was a pleasure to speak with, did not pressure me to use them and in fact said I was welcome to shop around and compare. I did not feel the need to do this and within 2 hours George came out with everything necessary to complete the job. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained why the old tank broke and what we could do to prevent a reoccurrence. I could not be more pleased in our experience with Rapid Water Heater and highly recommend their service.

We had Miguel come out and service our tankless water heater for the first time since we bought it. He was on time, explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. Miguel performed the service, he was efficient and left the area neat and clean. He heard my questions, was very respectful and effortlessly gave me a positive and pleasing experience! He needs to be cloned! Thank you so very much Miguel!
