- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The process depends based on the specific project, but here's a general idea: 1. Customer contacts our Bloominari marketing team 2. Our team gets to know the potential customer, their needs and goals. 3. Our team provides an estimate of the services requested by E-mail 4. Once approved and after discussing it, our team provides an official and professional proposal document 5. Once the proposal is accepted, and for some projects, an official and legal agreement will be sent over for the client to sign 6. Once the agreement is signed, we start to work on your project. 7. All the details of your project are usually saved on our project management system (We use Treamwork.com). If you're interested, we can give you access to it as a customer so you can keep track of our work, and get in touch with our team 8. We provide you with deliverables, and or drafts of the work we complete 9. You approve the work, or ask for revisions. 10. We finalize the work 11. You provide payment for any balances still due 12. We provide you with the complete, and usually editable versions of all of your marketing or design deliverables. 13. The client is happy, and write a review of our company on Thumtack, Google Maps, Facebook and/or UpCity. 14. Our team follows up with you to ensure everything we completed is great, and to see if you need anything else 15. Our customer recommends us to other people/businesses they know.
