Austin did a great job troubleshooting and finding the reason my AC stopped working. Price was fair and I appreciated his methodical and efficient process of finding the issue, keeping me informed, and verifying that everything was running smoothly after replacing a failed blower capacitor. This included checking the output temperature was correct at every vent before he left.

A+ Heating and Air installed a new heat pump almost 2 years ago and we have been very pleased. The installation was great, but what matters to me most is how responsive they are after youve made this huge investment in your home. On that front, they have earned their 5 stars. They show up each time within a day of us calling. They also really helped us worked through issues and better understand a new smart thermostat without making me feel dumb.
