- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope, size, and condition of the project. We offer clear estimates or price ranges upfront so there are no surprises. Larger projects may be broken into phases to help manage cost, and recurring or ongoing maintenance clients may qualify for discounted rates. Additional fees may apply for heavy debris removal, excessive overgrowth, or specialty requests, but those are always discussed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by discussing the customer’s goals, priorities, and any problem areas they want addressed. I handle communication, estimates, and scheduling, and then coordinate the project so everything runs smoothly. My partner focuses on the yard maintenance work while I manage organization, interior tasks, and overall project flow. We keep communication open throughout the job to ensure expectations are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is primarily hands-on and experience-based, with a strong focus on home organization, cleaning systems, scheduling, and customer communication. I handle planning, organization, and administrative coordination, while my partner brings years of practical landscaping experience. Together, our combined skills allow us to deliver efficient, well-coordinated results.
