- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately we're unable to offer a standard price for web design as we are not offering cookie cutter websites. We offer customized solutions for each business and tailor the web design and functionality to the needs of their particular business. When it comes to logo design we do have a standard pricing model. The range is $299 to $699.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client to discuss their project goals in order to figure out what they want their website to accomplish. Once we understand their overall vision, wants and needs we quote the project. Upon acceptance of the quote we send over an actual invoice along with a web design agreement and production schedule. We require a signed website agreement (digital) and a 50% deposit to begin work or to lock in the clients position in our production rotation (depends on how far out we are). Once we receive the agreement and deposit we go to work on the clients project, adhering to the production schedule. When the first draft is complete we turn it over to the client for feedback and edits and then revise the design according to their requests. We repeat this process until the client is happy. Once the client approves the finished design and is ready to publish their new website, we collect the balance owed. With the balance paid we publish the clients site so it's live on the web.

We've worked with a wide range of customers in various verticals. We create everything from informational based website to full eCommerce solutions. Some of the industries we've worked in are restaurants, security, agriculture, law, advertising, motorsports, automotive sales, diesel repair, business directories, credit repair, medical, service businesses, schools / churches, network marketing, tactical, design, real estate, catering, import / export, insurance, chiropractic, massage, auto glass, limousine and recreation.
