- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I fist have to look at the building I will be painting, because every job is different. Depending on the jobs requirements to be done, if it has damage on the walls, If there is other requirements that the customers wants or needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting a customer and taking about what he wants me to do, offering all services for his home or office, building, etc. Asking questions on what colors he has chosen, and giving him a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Valley Vocational Center in Los Angeles, I took classes on painting, and plaster, wall repairs. I obtained a certificate of completion. I also have over 25 year of experience.
