1. He is very reasonably priced.
2. He is incredibly flexible and responsive. I messaged him on a Saturday night and he came out on a Sunday afternoon at a time that worked best for us.
3. He is fresh out of school with brand new, high tech equipment. Don't let his "newness" scare you-- he works with a mentor that has over 25yrs of experience in the HVAC field. Henry encountered a new type of issue with our system, but his mentor was able to walk him through it without a hitch.
4. He was SO kind and easy to work with. He was funny and friendly and went above and beyond to explain to me EVERYTHING he was doing before he did t.
5. He is a professional and takes his job seriously. He showed up on time and got the job done perfectly.
I recommend him highly. I will use him if we have any issues in the future and I will tell my friends and family about him!
