Cresha is also punctual, and well-prepared. Cresha is a "teacher" as much as a notary. Her knowledge of the laws and understanding the order in which things need to be done is phenomenal. Cresha took the time and had the patience to explain to me what we were doing, why it was done that way, and pitfalls to avoid. She is smart and her work quality is stellar. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notarization is $15 per signature as required by California law. I also charge a mobile travel fee based on distance. I always provide a clear total price upfront so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I confirm your location, number of signatures, and preferred time. I then provide a total quote and schedule your appointment. I travel to you, verify ID, complete the notarization, and ensure everything is done correctly and professionally.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned California Notary Public and a certified Loan Signing Agent. I am trained to handle general notarizations as well as loan documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
