- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notarization is $15 per signature as required by California law. I also charge a mobile travel fee based on distance. I always provide a clear total price upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I confirm your location, number of signatures, and preferred time. I then provide a total quote and schedule your appointment. I travel to you, verify ID, complete the notarization, and ensure everything is done correctly and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned California Notary Public and a certified Loan Signing Agent. I am trained to handle general notarizations as well as loan documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
