- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our catering menu provides a guideline for sample menus. However, it is only a sampling of some of our most requested items. We can prepare the meal of your choice, whether it be basic, fancy, or if you provide us with the recipe, we'll prepare your grandma's favorite!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before preparing a quote for a customer, we need to get a feel first for their vision for the event. Will it be formal, casual, eclectic? Are your guests primarily adults, children, or a mix of both? Would you like your meal to be served buffet style or plated? And of course, we ask what you're thinking about food-wise. Any known allergies? Are there vegetarians or vegans in your group? Once we get these basic ideas down, we can start developing a menu, and talking budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef, Roberto Tinoco, has more than 40 years in the business. His experience encompasses a large variety of cuisines. All of our employees are Food Service Certified for your safety.
