I hired them to move some things into a storage unit. Their service is excellent, they came prepared with a huge truck, supplies needed to carefully secure and wrap my items. I definitely plan on using them again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give our estimates based on description and images, we then give out a solid quote once on the job site. We offer a 10% discount for new customers and additional 5% who text images via phone number. We only accept Cash, PayPal and Zelle at the moment sorry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Deliver a prompt estimate, arrive and give the finale quote. 2.) Offer competitive but reasonable pricing. 3.) Arrive and greet the customer, let them show us the junk. Get to working once we reach an agreement on price and leave in an orderly manner.
