Leo responded and gave me a fair, on-site quote. He sent me photos of materials. He made a new brick border with my neighbor's property. We had some other small fixes around my property: a broken cement capping stone, and cracks in cement that he completed. He was very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. I would call him again.
