James responded quickly to my inquiry. Contacted my renter and set the appointment to do the bathroom floor. Completed the job and took a look at a kitchen sink leak and was also able to resolve that issue too. Easy to work with. The renter was happy with his work. I will be contacting him for future jobs.

I was on a very tight time frame and he was able to come out and give me an estimate as well as begin some of the work on the same day. He sent me pictures to look through for ideas and picked up the materials for me. Originally I wanted to cut costs and go with a middle grade laminate but upon the beginning of the install James sent me photos and when I wasn’t sold on the look he recommended a better product- returning the previous and picking up the better quality flooring. He has a great eye for detail and worked with my budget. He also worked around a few pieces of furniture, me, and my dog. My dog absolutely loved James; which was great because I hated the idea of leaving my dog outside while the project was being completed. He is extremely trustworthy- I gave him my spare key while he was completing the project so that I didn’t feel tethered to the house. He also provided me with pictures of the receipts from material purchases which was not necessary but appreciated none the less. The floors look absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be happier.

James is extremely knowledgeable. We were planning to change the existing kitchen floor which was a linoleum sheet. James helped us a lot, took time to really explain so many pros and cons about each different option that’s available and trendy. He also drove with us to the stores while choosing the material to help us choose the right matching color to the cabinets and countertops. He is a thorough professional who definitely owns his work & strive to bring excellent quality. His work says it all. We are very much happy with his services and would love to refer him for any type of floor installations/audio systems installations.

James is a Very hard worker, very knowledgeable, accurate well in-formed giving a complete makeover on my entire flooring he went way beyond expectations literally worked his butt off from SUN UP TILL SUN DOWN. I definitely will be hiring him again on my next project. Anyone out there looking for a Jack of all trades James is the one you should hire you won’t be disappointed!👍👍👍👍👍
