- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. To give the customer an accurate price of what it will cost to do the job I must know what exactly needs to be done first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I talk with them on the phone or by email and find out what their needs are. After I discern that I have the skills needed for their job I go over the timeline of when the work will be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
