- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial 1 1/2 hour assessment to discuss pet owner's and dog's needs, desires, and priorities. Based on the assessment I develop a management plan and a training plan. We begin the training during the initial assessment, and I will recommend homework for the pet owner to continue the training during the week. After the assessment we will discuss which service would best meet the needs of dog and client, and proceed from there.
