Value.. Professionalism! I have nothing but praise for Dan. I loved having him in my home. He has integrity, knowledge and a lot of experience in bathrooms and kitchens. This started with a handyman job of fixing the faucet and caulk in my kitchen sink. I liked his work and told him about other work I needed done. As a contractor and working with my HOA which can be difficult, Dan came through with flying colors. He renovated two of my bathrooms. Both were disfunctional when we began the project and I now have two beautiful bathrooms. I shopped and ordered my vanities, lighting, tile and countertops but he supplied the labor and any additional materials needed. He is personable and easy to work with. He listens and gives advice when asked but does not impose himself or dismiss me because I am a woman. He referred me to suppliers; that helped a lot. He cut a hole in my wall and installed barn doors. He also built a niche next to my fireplace and improved the lighting in the living room. He made an improvement to my electrical wiring and didn’t charge me for it because “it was the right thing to do”. I can’t say enough good about Dan. He worked with me in phases so I didn’t have to create complete chaos in my home. After our inspection, the inspector from the City of Walnut Creek turned to him and said, “You do good work”. I agree. Dan does good work and he is a really, nice guy.

We’re extremely happy with the work that Dan did on our house. He is very professional and responsive. He was very fair with his quote and provided several options for us to choose and explained the pros and cons of each option which included replacing a pocket door, seal caulking the cracks on our walls, patching up a hole on another door, hanging up mirrors, and fixing our exterior porch trim. He has a lot of knowledge! We had a long list of repairs and wanted to get them done before our baby arrived. He was able to accommodate our tight schedule and quote us fairly. We will definitely use his services again!
