- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing that shows up on Thumbtack when inquiring for makeup or hair services ($150) is not for Bridal makeup and hair services; this is my starting rate for special event/non-bridal services. Makeup is $150 per person, Hair is $125 and up. Bridal hair and makeup services are $575. You can view more detailed rates on my website. The rates reflected on here do not include a travel fee beyond my local radius (I'm based in Concord). I charge a flat rate for locations beyond this area. Once I have your location, I can provide an accurate quote for services and travel fee if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I first consult with them to get a thorough idea of what services they are interested in, provide information, insight, suggestions and answer any questions. I then provide a quote for all requested services. Once the quote has been reviewed and accepted I prepare a contract, and send it to the client for review and approval. Once the contract has been signed and retainer has been paid, the date is officially confirmed.

California Licensed Esthetician since July 2022, professionally trained by Dermalogica.
