Thomas had a professional solution to my rainwater problem not going around the chimney down to the rain gutter. He came when he said he would. Was polite and responsive to my questions . Came back to make an adjustment to his “cricket” to make the fix even better.

After the heavy rains, we realized a water spot on our bedroom ceiling. We logged onto Thumbtack. Within 20 minutes, I received a response from Thomas with Roof Tech. He scheduled an free estimate appt for the next day. He took pictures of our roof and found 7 broken tiles and that some of the underlay needed to replaced. We set an appt but it rained for the next 3 days. Thomas was awesome in driving from a long distance to temporarily replace the tiles and affix a tarp over the overlay. We scheduled a return appt for 3 days, depending on the weather. Gratefully the rain stopped and Thomas and his crew replaced the temporary tiles and new overlay. I highly recommend Thomas and his crew for their kindness, honesty, professionalism and respect of our home. The cost was incredibly within our budget and we have peace of mind that the rain will stay on the roof and not through our bedroom ceiling.

Working with Thomas was great! We had 4 other people come out for an estimate; 2 we never heard from, 1 estimated way over what we anticipated then Roof Tech reached out. So glad we didn’t go with the first estimate! Not only was Roof Tech way more affordable but they were able to come by and fix quickly in the middle of Xmas week and between storms! They fixed our leaking room and helped clear out a part of our gutters we couldn’t get to. (2nd floor and I’m scared of heights. 😱) We’ve had a few big storms since then - leaking roof no more! I would highly recommend them. Thank you Roof Tech!
