I had a 2-day video shoot and needed a guard to watch equipment and our location. From the start of our conversation about my project, I felt a little off about Executive Security Details. In my contract, I found the names and details from a previous client's job. Privacy/attention to detail is probably a thing that most people would appreciate. On day 1, the guard they sent was 1.5 hours late. No one called to give an update on the status-- I had to initiate a call to figure out where they were. Car troubles held up the guard, which I understand happens, but the lack of communication from ESD was frustrating and distracted from the other tasks that needed to be done. When the guard finally showed up, I was surprised that a very petite young woman was going to be our guard. Absolutely nothing personal toward the guard, but I find it hard to believe that anyone would be intimated by her. Ibrahim said that he'd be sending a supervisor for day 2 of the shoot, but on day 1 the same female guard showed up, and no call/voicemail/email from Ibrahim to let me know that was happening. I did ask for extra hours, but did not assume or ask that they'd be free of charge. I asked with the assumption that they'd just be added to my invoice (which is what ended up happening, despite Ibrahim's comment about getting them at no extra charge).

It was an absolute pleasure working with Ibrahim. I hired him to monitor the door at my sorority's date party, and he arrived early so we could talk about logistics. He was professional and polite throughout the whole night, and stopped people from damaging hotel property (and racking up huge costs for our sorority) without being a dick about it.
