Omgooodness,,, we are just sooooo thrilled to have found Pacific Coast builders. They have just completed renovating our family bathroom from top to bottom and we are absolutely overjoyed with the results! The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them. They are almost finished with our “Jack and Jill” too and that that has gone super smoothly as well. We’ve already hired Chris and his fantastic team to do two more bathrooms this fall and probably more projects this fall. THANK YOU sooooo very much guys! :)

From the first meeting to the final walkthrough, Chris Moonan and his workers were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and above all did quality work. We had the bathroom of our fifty year old house modernized with a new shower, fixtures, tile and glass shower door. The sink and toilet were replaced. We had a customized vanity made and installed, and replaced the heating and ventilation. We also rewired the lights.; replaced two interior doors and repainted. Everything was completed in an excellent manner with wonderful communication. I would rate Pacific Coast Builders as the best contactors that we have ever worked with.

We set an appointment date and time and they did not show up or contact me to cancel. So I would say honoring their commitments would be a start.

It appears that PacificCoast Builders were having some difficulties with the Thumbtack APP per my conversation with the owner so I am changing the review to reflect this. There was no work done so this is not a reflection of their skills and or abilities. Based on previous reviews I am sure they do great work.

Worked with Chris and his team two or three times now and we love them. We’re first time home buyers and had 30+ projects huge and small. We love how organized Chris is and we trust his work.
