Ruiz gave me renewed hope with regards to using these apps to find repair pprofessionals. He was honest, priced fairly, and did a great job. So much s that i have hired him a second time. He took a 25 year old bathroom and made it look amazing. And he even put the warranty in writting. I am generally skeptical and ask alot of questions and at no time did Ruiz ever seem irritated or inconvenienced. He will be my go to person for any of my future repairs.

I could only choose up to three items for the review, so I chose the first three, Work Quality, Value, Professionalism, and I'd like to add the remaining two, Punctuality and Responsiveness, all 5 out of 5 stars. Luiz and his partner where on top of all that, friendly, respectful, and just all around great guys and if I had to do this again I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Thanks SOCAL! And the tub shower turned out absolutely beautiful! I wish I had before pictures, it was a mess!
