My law office offers free consultations to potential clients, and we handle our employment cases on a contingency basis. Which means that we don't win unless you win.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking on the phone or in a meeting to determine their potential employment claims, and looking at all the documents he or she has put together to support their case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an attorney, I take MCLE classes as continuing education and I am constantly reading new laws and cases for updates in the employment law field.
