In the beginning, I addressed what I was looking for and wanted to kind of designed that fit. The images of the pictures I sent. I never got that. I got it designed that he chose and I had to accept it because it was time sensitive and I wasn’t gonna pay any more money than what he stated communication is key. If I send pictures of what I’m hoping for it would’ve been nice to get some ideas pertaining to those photos, but I never got any of those. I got something that was simple then it was sent to my embroidery and they’re having a hard time to be able to print it out because of the way it was sent to them from him. I’ve reached out to him and the embroidery companies reached out, but he has not returned. Any calls or messages. as you see in the two pictures, the one on the left is what I sent him and the one on the right is what he created as a huge difference.

Regarding the design direction, we explored ten iterations based on our collaboration. My approach was to deliver a unique, clean design that avoided the generic style of the reference images provided, as per your request for something 'one-of-a-kind.' You expressed satisfaction with these concepts throughout the process, which is why I am surprised to hear these concerns only now.
Regarding the technical requirements: I requested a vector file of the Costco logo multiple times to ensure production-ready quality. As that was not provided, I sourced the highest-resolution alternative available to complete the work. When you notified me that your embroidery team required a different format, I provided the necessary files immediately.
I take pride in my work and the professional service I provide to my clients. I am confident that I fulfilled the scope of our agreement, and I wish you success with your business.
