Pros: cheap Con's: -never ever shows up on time or for that matter shows up at all and gives no courtesy call to let you know he will be 8 hours late. - Does cheap ghetto work -From what he is okay with electrical and that's about it. My experience- upon hiring he came out and quoted all the work and said it would be no problem this was what he did best, plumbing water and gas and electrical. He then did not show up first day, he then did not show up next day he then showed up 8 hours late the next day and about 8 hours late the next day. All he managed to get done was one spotlight half of plumbing and a catastrophe of a gas line. The next morning I get a note on my door saying he had a family emergency and will not be making it back and he will send someone to pick up all his stuff and tools. Yes I had to go pack up all of his tools and equipment and gave them to his fiance who came to pick them up! On top of that I have a trench dug in my backyard and a whole cut out in the exterior wall of my home so I brought in another plumber "Taylor made" who is very professional and does awesome work. He almost dropped to his knees when he saw what the guy had done! None of it was up to code. He used puoe dough and water lines which I learned you never ever do because it will contaminate your water. He had black iron for the gas which is not for outdoor and the electrical was not to code at all. To say the least I was very post off when I was outside cleaning up his mess and tools and had to start from scratch all over. Note spend a little extra money and hire a pro or DIY it after seeing all this I could of done better with a YouTube video

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't like to have a set cost for hourly, nor a per item price. You will find that if I fix a dozen things for you, I will give you a price that is far below what it would cost to have half of those items fixed. I'd something just takes a few mins, and I'm already there, then your bill is much the same. I am fair, affordable, and open.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Everyone relies on the fix it all guy, so it just blossomed into doing it for a source of income.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Electrical is probably at the top of the list, then plumbing, and all if those little things that people live with like squeaky doors, stuck drawers, noisy bathroom fans, etc. I will even grocery shop, and help you with your needs, both professional or personal.
