Requested some work to be done in a timely efficient manner. I asked them to clean an abandoned parking lot to have it cleaned from all the junk that people had been dumping, also to trim trees, and bushes and pick trash. They went on and beyond cleaning it up in Briggs and Los Alamos in Murrieta. The property looks amazing.

M&J is our team that has serviced our gas stations with pressure washing and has removed junk from our empty properties that homeless have encamped. He has done an amazing job. I highly recommend him for any property manager.
