Alex was great! I had a tricky door that needed a hole to be drilled larger to install my new electronic keypad. Not only did he drill the hole but installed the new lock very fast! 10/10 would recommend working with Alex.

Alex was great at communicating in advance of his visit and while onsite. He helped install a new smart kick & for handle. Glad I hired him- he knew exactly what to do, and how to modify the door to make it all work. Alex also re-cored the loc to match my existing key.
