As a property manager and by being a Realtor I'm continuously informed on the latest in the industry from new laws in property management to the latest in Financing and the trends in the market.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I will screen the tenants to fit my clients expectations, will collect the rentals and recommend the best to keep the property updated and maintain the value.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I love to explain every step of my job to give the right expectation to my clients and what is their responsibility too. If everybody know what is going to happen everybody will do their part.
