Luis ran a diagnostic and explained to me what was actually not wrong. No xharge- I will definitely use them again should I have the need.

I was looking for two EV outlet to be installed. One to be "inside" my garage and the other outside my garage, next to my panel. Luis called me 3-5 seconds after I hit "submit" for my inquiry. I spoke to him extensively asking many questions--about his experience; whether he was licensed through CSLB, and how many EV chargers he had installed. He was available to work the next day (on a Sunday). He showed up promptly (9am). Due to the fact my HOA doesn't allow any construction outside the house, Luis and i agreed for him to install the first outlet inside the garage because it doesn't make any noise and come back another day of his choice to install the exterior. He installed the garage unit in only one hour and 10 minutes. This was clearly not his first rodeo. It was like clock-work. He was "extremely" professional and has a truly humbling tone/voice explaining while working. When it was time to pay, I told him I wanted to make a CC payment. He told me once he gets home he'll text me a link. In about an hour i received a link from Square Up. The point is, he clearly trusted me to make the payment! A few days later, Luis texted me and said he was going to be in the area to install the "exterior" outlet and that I didn't need to be home because all the work is on the exterior. He showed up and installed the exterior outlet very clean and professionally done and left accordingly. And once again, I receive a link from Square Up to make a payment.

If you need electrical work, such as EV installation, don't waste time looking and looking... I did that for you! :) He's price was extremely fair. He did an outstanding job and is someone I would use again. Furthermore, I would refer him to friends and family. We all know referring a contractor to friends and family can always backfire! But I don't think I have anything to worry about with Luis. True to his words!!!! Honesty in advertising, what a concept!!
