Katherine Kacarab says, "The facility is clean and accessible with a wide variety of equipment, and my access to the facility is possible because I work with one of the trainers (there are other options for access if you go to the website). Some days can be quite busy, but most of the time, equipment is readily available with minimal distraction. Everyone who trains here takes fitness seriously. I currently train at this facility with Kyra Myers, whose primary focus is to teach how to lift weights with proper form. I had worked out for years but never lifted weights in a structured way, and after falling off track, I knew I needed to rebuild. Within a year, I saw significant gains in strength and muscle, and others in the gym regularly comment on how much stronger I am. Lifting has directly translated into making my everyday life easier, from carrying groceries to yard work, and my cardio power and stamina have improved dramatically.
