We had a fantastic experience all around. We wanted to install both pro-grade networking equipment and a new Sonos sound system. Daniell walked through our place first to assess what we needed, gave us a range of equipment price options and excellent advice on what to buy and where to get it, then showed up promptly on the appointed day to install everything and train us on how to use it. He even offered to haul away the empty boxes! Really a class act.

"While many people are returning to their offices, I have been committed to working from home. Unfortunately, my reliance on Zoom and internet connections quickly revealed the weaknesses of my store-bought WiFi system. Even the mesh layout could not keep up. After interviewing several independent IT consultants to create a reliable WiFi system, I was fortunate to find Daniell at ProAva Tech LLC. During his initial assessment of my home’s layout, he took the time to not only explain how a new system would meet my WiFi requirements, but also provided insights into how WiFi works in general and why store-bought setups often fall short. Clearly knowledgeable about the latest technology and understanding my needs, Daniell presented several systems with varying price points. As WiFi coverage has always been a problem in my home, I opted for a system that would cover not only the entire house but also extend to a portion of the backyard. Installation was scheduled within a week, and when Daniell and his brother Jonathan arrived, they expertly installed the components with minimal disruption to the house or my home office. Once the components were up and running, they patiently explained my system thoroughly, including helping me navigate the new WiFi interface. I couldn't be more impressed with the results of my new system. It's definitely the professional equipment I needed for my work. In my first visit I check everything and I give to the customer possible solutions to solve his/her problem. After that, we make an appointment to work on it.
