- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended several trainings and taken online programs to enhance my knowledge. As far as certificates, I've passes the ServSafe, T.I.P.S. and L.E.A.D tests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a trained chef with years in the hospitality business. Moving to bartending and now beverage catering has allowed me freedom I didn't find in kitchens while allowing me to indulge in my passion for food and drink.
