Introduction: I've worked with several major Bay Area beverage caterer in roles including event consulting, event management and event bartending. I currently work with Bar Car, San Francisco based beverage caterer with fully converted 16' Airstream trailer and am able to offer ABC licenses and event insurance. Bartending has never been so fun! I enjoy the mechanics of bartending, creating well balanced and flavorful cocktails and developing new flavor combinations but the greatest joy I get from my work is creating and encouraging connection between people. Working in event catering allows me much more freedom than in a traditional bar setting and the variety of venues and customers enhances the experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended several trainings and taken online programs to enhance my knowledge. As far as certificates, I've passes the ServSafe, T.I.P.S. and L.E.A.D tests.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a trained chef with years in the hospitality business. Moving to bartending and now beverage catering has allowed me freedom I didn't find in kitchens while allowing me to indulge in my passion for food and drink.
